The Ford F-Series has been a hallmark of quality and practicality since 1948. With the Lego Technic Ford F-150 Raptor construction kit, people can pay respects to the pickup world’s “workhorse” by recreating all of the features of Ford’s latest pickup truck.

The 2021 Ford F-150 Raptor, which was just announced, can now be copied in Lego form. The Lego Technic Raptor will be made available for pre-order and delivery on October 1, which marks just a few months after the launch of the actual thing.

The Lego Raptor model is made out of 1,379 pieces and stands 6.0 inches tall, 7.0 inches broad, and 16.5 inches long. An opening hood, four opening doors, working suspension, and a small engine with moving pistons on a pickup truck are among the details of the toy.

Lego has recently developed utmost interest in manufacturing toy versions of off-road vehicles. Along with the Raptor, it has released toy versions of the Jeep Wrangler and Land Rover Defender. The Lego Raptor is priced at $99.99, which technically costs in between the other vehicle toys from the Land Rover at $49.99 and the Defender at $199.99. The Defender is also slightly more complicated than the other two, with having 2,573 parts and features such as functioning differentials. As we know, LEGO has always promised fun with their collectibles for both adults and youngsters alike.

The new Raptor is said to be more capable than its predecessor, due in part to a redesigned five link-link rear suspension with coil springs rather than leaf springs and optional 37-inch tires other than the standard 35-inch. The Raptor is powered by the same high-output version of the car maker’s 3.5-liter twin turbo C with an engine mated to 10-speed automatic transmission with the four-wheel drive as its standard and at a low range. Ford has also stated that a new Raptor R will be available with V-8 in 2022.
