VF Corporation is an American worldwide apparel and footwear company founded in 1899 that owns several brands such as Bulwark Protection, Horace Small, Icebreaker, The North Face, Timberland, and Vans. Last December 2020, they finally acquired the famous NYC Skateboard brand, Supreme, with an aggregate base purchase price of $2.1 billion subject to customary adjustments for cash, indebtedness, working capital and transaction expenses, according to VF Corporation Press Release.
