It's life-size Gundam. The 'life-size' part is a literal statement, as you can see from the title graphic, where it's being carried by a real person.

The Gundam's official name is RX-78-2 Gundam . In its time (1979), this 1/1 scale Gundam was the biggest Gundam around.

There are currently bigger Gundams around, such as the 1/1 scale Gundam Unicorn . Looks like its moving. It's actually just getting carried by a forklift truck. Everything is real, except the pilot of course.

A Japanese man who built a 1/1 scale Gundam replica in his garage, casually has turned it into one of the best pieces he owns.

The body was created with fiberglass while some parts are made of resin to make all the intricate line work. The color is a mix of gray and blue, so it doesn't stand out too much in public.

It took two years for him to finish it after the initial sketches were done. That's right, this Gundam replica goes as far as being designed with pencil and paper before all the hard work began. He was so dedicated to the project.

This life-size Gundam is so detailed, it can even move and pose on its own

Not only that, but the builder decided to add a little something to it... lights! Look at those amazing yellow/red eyes and the LED lights all over its body. It's like watching an action movie unfold in front of your very eyes!

Something like this is every avid Gundam fan's dream. I'm not kidding, they would actually pay big bucks to own it if it were ever for sale. If the real deal was ever created, people would flock to buy it so fast... It would be hard to keep up with demand.

That is just my assumption, but you can't blame me for thinking like that.Anyways... this replica feels and moves like a real Gundam if it were to become reality. It was even compared to the famous life-size Gundam in Japan! I can't wait to see more of this project if any updates appear later on!
