Jared Leto went on record stating that he would be interested in playing Paolo Gucci again if given the opportunity. He noted that Ridley Scott’s House of Gucci was “brilliantly written” and that he loved the role of Paolo because it was interesting to play out.

Leto told Collider that he is “excited” for any opportunity to play Paolo Gucci again.

Leto also said that the House of Gucci script was “wonderful,” stating that had more story potential beyond one movie. The actor even went as far as saying of the story, “I’m rooting for the sequel.”

He went on to say that he would love an opportunity to explore more of Paolo’s story between him and his father, Aldo Gucci.

Leto has not been confirmed as a part of any prequel or sequel that Ridley Scott may be pursuing. Regarding Ridley Scott’s House of Gucci, Jared Leto described that he’s grateful for the opportunity to be part of the film, which is directed by Ridley Scott. According to Leto, Ridley Scott is “one of the greatest directors in film history”.

He also noted that he enjoyed working with his cast-mates, especially Lady Gaga. Leto described Lady Gaga as an incredibly hard worker who was very giving and open to doing whatever it took to make the movie great.
