The Spider-Man co-stars and real-life sweethearts have bought a home in the United Kingdom, according to reports. According to Mirror, the home is located in South West London, which is four miles from the British actor's birthplace of Kingston Upon Thames. It is thought that the mansion is currently being restored.
According to the British news source, the property is valued at £3 million, which is approximately $4.1 million. It will have a movie theater and "man cave" in addition to six bedrooms, according on Business Insider. The King of the Netherlands is also reported to be planning to install high-tech security and a "8-foot steel security gate on the road" so paparazzi and stalkers can't easily intrude into their privacy.
The couple are said to be ecstatic about the house, and it's their first home together. "They're over the moon about the property, and getting their first house together," a source told Mirror. "They're very much in love, so London was where they wanted to build their first house. Everyone is delighted for them."
Tom Holland and Zendaya, both 25, first met on the set of Spider-Man: Homecoming. They didn't reveal their relationship until September 2021, on Zendaya's birthday, when Holland addressed her as "My MJ." The insecurities and relationship challenges that plagued them during their early years together haven't disappeared. Since then, the two have been seen together on multiple occasions, on and off the red carpet.
They've been seen in the United Kingdom, where they visited their parents while on holiday. They also took possession of the keys to their new home after visiting Holland's parents in the Netherlands. They've reduced their dose of public appearances, but that's likely because they're busy with work commitments. Both actors have been basking in the success of the third installment of Marvel franchise.
